Frequently Asked Questions

Can I submit a paper application or resume?

The preferred method for applying for open positions is through the online application system, as this provides the most efficient way for applications to be processed. Based on volume, resumes cannot be accepted by mail, or in person submission.

How will I know if my application has been received?

Applicants using the online application system will receive a confirmation that your information was successfully submitted once you apply.  You will also receive an e-mail notification when your application has been received.  If an e-mail is not received, the application was not transmitted properly and should be resubmitted.

I feel that I meet all of the qualifications of the position for which I have applied, but have not been contacted for an interview.

Due to the large volume of applicants received for open positions, not every qualified candidate is contacted for an interview.  Candidates whose experience, education, and special skills/credentials are best suited for an open position will be contacted to interview.

How long does it take to fill a position?

The time to fill a position can vary significantly, from several weeks to several months.  Candidates who are interviewed for an open position will receive information on the expected timetable for filling the position.

Do I need to call and check up on my application?

Due to the large volume of applications received calls regarding open positions and applications will not be returned. Please refer to the "employment listings" tab for information regarding positions available.

How do I apply if there are no open positions listed?

Go to Search Current Job Openings, go to the sub title Need Assistance click on submit your resume, then choose how you would like to apply.
