We offer a comprehensive benefits package to meet the diverse needs of our caregivers and their family members.

 

Medical | Prescription:

Your choice of an 80/20 PPO  or a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)

Aultcare is our Third Party Administrator

Dental: 

There are three plans to choose from: Preventive, Traditional & Enhanced

Cigna is our provider

Vision:

There are two plans to choose from: Basic and Enhanced

Eye Med is our provider

There are 3 tiers of coverage

 

Flexible Spending (FSA) or Healthcare Spending Accounts (HSA):

Pre-tax, payroll deducted dollars that you use for your annual out-of-pocket medical, dental & vision expenses.   

You may have a Health Spending Account if you are covered under the HDHP. 

The account must be set up at Dover Phila Credit Union.

The Flexible Spending Account is administered through Aultcare, and is available to caregivers not covered under a High Deductible Health Plan.

 

Retirement Savings Plan (403b): 

The hospital matches dollar for dollar your contributions from 3 to 6% of your salary.  Your match begins the next payroll following 90 days of employment. You are immediately vested in both your and the hospital's contributions.

For members of the ONA bargaining unit,  the match is 3.5% to 6.5% and begins the next payroll following 365 days of employment and 1000 hours worked.

Transamerica is our recordkeeper.

 

Company Provided Life/Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance

RF, R3, and R1 caregivers receive 1 times their annual salary, effective the 1st of the month following 90 days of employment

 

Supplemental Employee Life  Insurance: 

You may purchase additional coverage for you for up to 6 times your annual salary, at hire with guaranteed issue.  Annually you may enroll, but evidence of insurability is required.

 

Supplemental Dependent Life Insurance: 

You may purchase life insurance for your eligible dependents.

At hire the guaranteed issue coverage is 25,000 on your spouse and 10,000 for each dependent child up to age 26.

Annually you may enroll, but evidence of insurability is required.

 

Company Provided Short Term Disability:

Payable at 66 2/3 % of your weekly earnings to a maximum period of 26 weeks for physician-certified leaves for personal illness or injury.

Not all caregivers are eligible for this coverage-please inquire with Human Resources.

 

Paid Time Off (PTO):

Caregivers earn PTO hours each pay period based on hours worked and paid.  The accrual rate is based on hours of service.  Paid Time Off covers time away for vacation, personal, holiday & sick.

 

Voluntary Plans:

Caregivers may choose to enroll in a variety of voluntary plans including Critical Illness, Accident,  and Long Term Disability.
