Flexible Spending or Healthcare Accounts:  Pre-tax, payroll deducted dollars that you budget for your annual out-of-pocket expenses.   

Retirement Savings Plan (403b) Company matches dollar for dollar your contrinutions from 3 to 6% of your salary.  You are immediately vested in both your and the hospital's contributions.

Company Provided Life/Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance: $10,000 for Full Time employees |$5,000  for Part Time employees. 

Supplemental Life  Insurance You may purchase additional coverage.

Voluntary Dependent You may purchase life insurance for your eligible dependents.

Company Provided Short Term Disability: Payable at 66 2/3 % of weekly earnings to a maximum period of 26 weeks for Physician-certified leaves for personal illness or injury.
